3 industrial automation examples

Automation is used to build a system that works independently without the need for a human being.
During our life we often use automated tools, such as household appliances, without realizing that they represent a great and convenient innovation.

Here are some examples :

1. Cooking utensils
Before the innovations, cooking required a lot of time and effort as everything was done by hand. Today, however, it has become easier to cut, cook and serve, thanks to the appliances that help us in the kitchen and the fact that they are automatic. For example, blenders, choppers, mixers, coffee grinders, etc.

2. Automobile
The automotive industry has always been the heart of innovation. The techniques used in cars are becoming faster and more useful. The autosampling for example has brought better performance, greater resistance, better reliability, etc. In fact, the automobile industry is dependent on industrial automation companies, and, with the arrival of self-driving and assisted driving machines, it will be increasingly so.

3. Consumer electronics
In addition to cooking, many other actions carried out daily require the use of innovative tools that take advantage of automation, such as the microwave or washing machine, where automation is used to speed up and make work more efficient. The hot water kettle, for example, uses automation to know when to switch off once boiling is reached.

By now these simple automations are taken for granted in but are used to understand the functioning of the most advanced industrial automation systems.
